clean roomeasy access
The room was clean. the bathroom was also clean, and towels were provided for my use, which i found really helpful. the bed was okay. It served its purpose for a few nights rest, and the location was pretty convenient for getting around as it had easy access to both bus and train routes.
there was no toilet roll upon my arrival at the room.

The location seemed good and I could access it easily.
I found the room was not hoovered when I arrived. It smelled of sweaty feet. The bathroom light did not work, so I could not see in there.

i found a clean kitchen area. the location worked well. the room size met my needs for the price point.
The shower presented a problem. It wouldn't turn off properly. i found the number for contact didn't work. some parts of the shower already looked removed, which i thought was odd.

the location and price were good it was easy getting into the room
the advertised pictures were lovely but the place looks nothing like the pictures now the room we were given wasn't hoovered it smelt of sweaty feet dirty mould windows were present the bathroom light didn't work we couldn't see a thing the wifi was stated as available but there was no wifi at all

mixed feelings about my stay
faulty shower doorbroken light
I found a couple of issues . the bathroom light didn't work, so showering was difficult. the shower also drained very slowly. I was standing in water. there were no instructions available for the heating, and i woke up cold. these issues impacted my experience negatively.
